Changing subscription frequency
There are a number of subscription options. You select the subscription renewal when you upgrade.
- Monthly subscription - no obligation subscription cancel at anytime
- 12-month subscription - paid in full, includes a 10% discount
- 24 -month subscription - paid in full, includes 20% discount
To adjust your subscription, select Billing from your Account settings. Then select Manage your plan and payments, or Billing details. Update to the subscription you prefer.
Once on the Subscription & Billing page, click Update Subscription to modify your plan
On the following page, you can customize your billing cycle at the top by selecting your preferred subscription frequency: Monthly, Yearly, or 2-Year. As you make your selection, please refer to the bottom of the screen to view your updated subtotal in real-time.
Adjusting from monthly to 12-month/24-month plan
When you change from a monthly to a yearly plan, you will be credited the remaining balance of your monthly subscription and charged the difference to your card on file. Your subscription renewal date will remain the same.
Adjusting from a 12-month/24-month plan
When you change from a yearly to a monthly plan, the change will take effect at the end of the existing subscription. At your next renewal, you will be charged monthly instead of yearly. Your subscription renewal date will remain the same.
