What payment methods do you accept?

Payment for your subscription can be made by credit card, credit card, and other regional payment options, depending on your location.  

We only accept purchase orders for long-term agreements for larger accounts and by prior agreement.

To upgrade to a paid account, head to the Plan & Billing section of your account and select the plan and the duration (we offer monthly, 12 or 24 month plans). 


The payment options you see will depend on your geographic location and the device you're using, but you will always be able to pay by major credit card and PayPal. 


Updating your billing details  

You can manage your account subscription and any change to billing information from the  Plan & Billing section of your account. Just select the correct button and you'll be taken to your account details to make any updates. 


Why is my payment failing?

We sometimes see issues with credit card payments because we are a UK company and the banks can be suspicious of international transactions. If you're able to contact the bank to authorize the payment, that usually helps.
