Organizing your Administrator dashboard (V2)

As an Account Owner or Administrator on a YouCanBookMe team account, you have access to all booking pages and a set of org-level settings. This guide explains what's available in the admin view and how to keep your account organized as it grows.

Plan availability: This feature is available on Teams plan.

The admin view: what you have access to

Area

What you'll find there

Pages

All booking pages on your account. Search, sort, filter, and organize into folders.

Bookings

All bookings across every booking page. Filter by team member, Appointment Type, or date range.

Members

Invite and manage team members. Set roles, manage access, set members online/offline, bulk actions.

Org Settings > Appointment Types

Create and manage org-level Appointment Types (duration, location, available hours). These can be added to any booking page.

Org Settings > Resources

Create and manage Resources (meeting rooms, equipment, etc.) that can be booked alongside team members.

Org Settings > Branding

Org-level branding settings applied across pages.

User Profile

Your own personal settings — calendars, working hours, video conferencing, and integrations.

Viewing and searching booking pages

Click Pages in the top navigation to see all booking pages on the account.

  • Search — click Filters to search by name or filter by status, or pages that have specific appointment types, resources, or team members

  • Sort — sort by title, page link, or last modified

  • Grid view — switch to a grid layout to see more pages at once

Organizing booking pages into folders (Coming Soon)

Create dashboard folders on the right-hand side of your dashboard to group booking pages by team, location, client type, or any other criteria that makes sense for your organization.

Folders are personal to each admin — the folders you create are only visible in your own account view and do not affect what other Administrators or the Account Owner see.

Managing Appointment Types across pages

Rather than configuring appointment type settings separately on each booking page, create org-level Appointment Types in Org Settings > Appointment Types. Once created, any booking page can include them. Updates to an org-level Appointment Type apply everywhere that Appointment Type is used — no need to update each page.

Managing team members

Go to Members in the top navigation to see every team member on the account, their role, and their current status. From here you can invite new members, change roles, set members online or offline, or remove them from the account. See our Manage Team Members help page for more information.
