View, manage and export bookings for your team (V2)
This article looks at managing bookings on the new version of YCBM (V2), released in September 2026. You can check which version you are on by looking at the footer of your account. For instructions on how to do this on our Classic(V1) version, please see this page.
Account Owners and Administrators can view all bookings across every booking page on the account, filter by team member or Appointment Type, and export booking data to a CSV. Editors can view and manage bookings only from booking pages assigned to them.
Plan availability: This feature is available on Teams plan.
View bookings for your team
From your dashboard, click Bookings in the top navigation bar. This shows all bookings across all booking pages on your account.
From the bookings dashboard you can:
Click Filter to narrow by booking page, team member, or Appointment Type, Resources, or Booking status
Jump to a specific date to view bookings for that day
Search by booker name, email, or booking reference using the same filter bar.
Click Details on any booking to view more information, edit booker details, or to cancel, reschedule, rebook, or delete
Don't forget to use the Past ,Upcoming or Date Range filters to see the bookings you need.
View bookings for a specific booking page
Click the three dots in the top right and View Bookings directly while editing a specific booking page on your dashboard. This opens the bookings view filtered to that page only.
You also can use the filter option to choose specific pages within the Bookings Dashboard.
Manage bookings for your team
From the bookings dashboard you can cancel, reschedule, and rebook bookings. All actions generate notification emails to the booker about the change.
Reschedule — moves the original booking to a new date and time. The booker receives a reschedule notification.
Cancel — cancels the booking. The booker receives a cancellation notification.
Rebook — creates a new appointment using the booker's original details.
No-show — from the time the booking starts until one week after it ends, you can mark the booker as a no-show. This is used for reporting purposes in the data export and does not affect any follow-up notifications.
Note: Team members can also reschedule or cancel bookings using the links in their confirmation email, or by manually moving or deleting the calendar event. Manual calendar actions do not generate notification emails to the booker.
Editing booker details
You can edit many of the form answers on a booking after it has been made and before it happens. Click on the booking, or use the three dots to the right of the booking, to view details. Click on "Edit' next to the field you want to edit.
Future emails and SMS messages will send to the updated details. It isn't possible to edit the details of a booking which the start date/time has passed.
Export bookings
Click Export in the top right of the Bookings page to download a .csv file. The export includes team member names and Appointment Type details for easy reporting.
One-time export
Filter by booking start date or booking created date
Choose to export from one, some, or all booking pages
Select your date range and click Download now, or email the export to someone in your organization
Recurring export (Professional and Team plans)
Schedule your booking data to export automatically on a weekly or monthly basis:
Weekly — sent on your chosen day of the week, includes bookings from the previous 7 days
Monthly — sent on the 1st of each month, includes bookings from the previous month
You will receive an email with a download link, valid for 1 day. Check your spam folder if the email does not arrive; it sends from notifications@youcanbook.me.
