Sharing Public & Private Polls
YCBM's Meeting Polls feature lets you easily find a time that a group of people can meet. It's great for one-off events like team meetings or evenings out.

How to Share a Poll
How you share your Meeting poll will depend on whether you are creating a Public poll or a Private poll.
Public Polls
Public polls come with a link that you can share however you'd like. That could be by email, in a group chat, or by SMS.
Anyone who has the link can reply to it. Responses are limited to 50 people.
You can also invite people to a Public poll, and choose for the invitees selections to take priority when deciding on the final time.
Grab the link or invite specific participants directly from the 'Share and Invite' modal.
Private Polls
If you choose to make your poll private, you will not get a link to share. You can invite up to 50 people in the Invite Participants box of the 'Share and Invite' modal. Only those people will be able to post a response to the poll. They will receive an email with the link to use.
Collect Responses
Your guests can reply with three choices. They can indicate times which are great for them (Yes), not ideal but ok (Maybe), or not at all possible (No). If you allow it in your settings, they can leave comments to give more context.
