You never need to worry about balancing too much information with your client's scheduling experience. Pop-up modals are just one more way that we care about your customers as much as you do! 

Use our new pop-up modals to share Terms and Conditions, policies, instructions, or any extra information with your clients! This feature allows you to keep the additional info hidden until it's needed, and then you can showcase all the text in a neat and easy-to-view screen.

When to use the pop-up modal?

  1. Terms: Ask clients to agree to your T&Cs, while keeping them on your booking page. No need to link to a separate document. Just add them into the "Text after the Question" box, and select to "Display this as a pop-up."

  2. Cancellation & refund policies: Ensure customers know these important policies so everyone knows what to expect. They just need to click on the question mark to see all the information.

  3. Additional information:  Add anything you need your customers to know when before they confirm the booking. It's tucked away until they need to see it.

How to add a pop-up message to your booking page?

Here are some step-by-step instructions on how to add a pop-up modal to your page!

  1. Start by creating or editing your booking page, then head over to Additional options > Booking form. 
  2. Click on "Add question," then choose the checkbox option.  
  3. Next, click on "Add text after question" and add your information in the box. 
  4. Finally, check "Display this as a pop-up" and save all your changes!
