How to tell if your account is on the Classic or New version
In 2026, YCBM released a brand new version which is updated with new features that customers have been asking for including improved Appointment Types, better Team Management, Round Robin across groups, and Resource scheduling.
You can check looking at the footer of your account. If you are on the new version, it will say Version: V2
We will start moving Classic customers across to the new version in early 2027. Get in touch if you are interested in experiencing the new version of YCBM!
