Edit client booking details
Mistakes can happen while booking, which is why YouCanBookMe allows you to edit contact details your booker has entered in error on the booking form. Only details that allow you to successfully contact your client can be edited, to protect the integrity of the booking. If other details need to be edited, it is better to cancel and rebook the appointment.
This feature is available on all our plans, including the Free one.

Edit bookers email address
On your Bookings dashboard, click the Details button on the booking you want to edit. Click the pencil icon next to the email address and edit the bookers email. Click Update to save changes.
If you've included the bookers email address in the title of your calendar event, updating these details will not change the title of your calendar event. Head to your linked calendar and manually update the email address in the event title and YouCanBook.me will keep up with the changes.
Future scheduled notifications will send to this new email address.
Edit bookers phone number
On your Bookings dashboard, click the Details button on the booking you want to edit. Click the pencil icon next to the phone number and edit the bookers mobile phone number. Click Update to save changes.
Future scheduled SMS messages will send to this phone number.
If you've included the bookers phone number in the title of your calendar event, updating these details will not change the title of your calendar event. Head to your linked calendar and manually update the phone number in the event title and YouCanBook.me will keep up with the changes.
You will only be able to edit the phone number if you have required the booker enter a mobile phone number on the booking form, and the question type is Phone Number (not short answer).
