Customize your Offline Messages

Give better instructions, or match your booking page language to your business needs by adding a custom message your clients will see when your booking page is offline.

How to customize the offline message 

Here's how to create a custom offline message when your page is offline, or inactive, let your customers know the reason why. 

  1. Edit the booking page then go to Additional options
  2. Go to Styles & display and click Customize offline message
  3. Write a custom message 
  4. Save all changes  
  5. Turn your page offline then go to your booking link to view the message 



Customize the Fixed Date message 

If you're using your booking page for particular events or during specific times of the year, you have the option to personalize the message displayed once your fixed end date has passed.
