Set your booking page color

YCBM offers lots of ways for you to customize your booking page.

Add your brand color in the Appearance tab. You can choose from our Classic option, which has 6 pre-defined colors plus a color swatch where you can add the hex code of your company's brand. The 'swap' button switches between dark and light versions of the page.

Our new Duotone option offers next-level customization, with pre-set color combinations, or color pairs based on your unique brand color. Use the 'swap' button to switch between the light and dark versions of the pages. All of these options are designed to be accessible, legible, and meet AA contrast tests out of the box.

Light / Dark Mode

By default, all booking pages are set to react based on the settings of the device that is viewing the booking page. If the viewer has dark mode on, the page will appear as dark mode. If they do not, it won't change.

If your page is embedded in your website, you'll be bale to adjust this setting to match the behavior of your site.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

  1. Can I embed my booking page into my website?
    • Yes, we offer an iFrame embed that can be used on any website. You can also follow the instructions to embed your booking page on a Wordpress hosted site.
  2. Does YouCanBook.me offer a white-label solution?
    • YouCanBook.me offers a high level of customization. You can customize your booking pages (and Stylize them) which include the ability to add logos and send notifications to bookers from your email domain.
    • You can turn off the branding on the booking pages as long as you're connected to two or more calendars.
    • While the booking page URL will always contain the youcanbook.me subdomain, you can embed your booking page on your website for a more seamless experience.
    • It's not a full white label solution however, as the YouCanBookMe logo will still display on emails sent to you and your team members about bookings, and some parts of the booking process (reschedules, cancels) will redirect the client back to a YouCanBookMe URL, instead of your embedded page.
    • Additionally, video conference links are generated with your booking page URL.
