How to adjust your data retention period
By default, YCBM's data retention setting for individual bookings in 24 months: 24 months after a booking is made, the data will automatically be deleted. Learn more about GDPR (European and UK privacy and data regulation) here.
To adjust this setting, enter how many days you would like YCBM to keep your booking data before it gets deleted, or if you prefer, you can choose to never delete booking data, and we will make sure to follow GDPR guidelines.
