Can I send different notifications to different appointment types?
It is not possible to trigger only certain notifications based on Appointment Types or information collected on the Booking form. The emails and SMS you set up in your Notifications settings will go to everyone who books on that booking page
You can however customize the contents of your message, based on Appointment Type booked or a specific question in the Booking form. Take a look at this article for information how using conditional statements.
