Uncaptured Stripe payments
If you're noticing "uncaptured payments" in Stripe, here are a few reasons why the payment might not have been captured:
- User Inactivity: It’s possible that the user didn’t get a chance to click the "Pay" button.
- Payment Denial: The user's payment method might have been declined.
- Timeouts: If the user takes a bit too long to fill out the payment information, the booking slot could become unavailable.
- Session Expiry: The session created might have expired before the payment was captured.
